SAS tips for moob loss.
Great life changing tips on eating, exercise and attitude. I read his book many years ago and still follow his advice. Now I've bought it for my girlfriend's son who is embarrassed by his moobs and lack of fitness. Black and white pics of him weight training and running with his dog show his own weight loss and references to his days in the Regiment make this book worthy of 5 stars.

ok for the gym not for home use....
not the book i was hoping for ok if you want to be in the gym but less than average if you want a fitness book for general fitnes at home with out lots of expensive kit...glad i got a secondhand copy as cheaper.....

Really good aid to getting fit.
I got this book after I came back off holiday in an attempt to getting myself back into shape. The book is really well laid out and offers some really good, realistic methods that are practical for people like me that work long and awkward hours. I managed to lose 12 pounds in three weeks and muscle definition improved at quite an early stage. The only slight downfall is the Stage Three workout which I imagine would be quite difficult to stick to if you have a busy job or a family but there is plenty to keep you more than occupied. It is also good in that it covers all aspects of fitness including Weights, Cardiovascular and Dietary advice. Very useful and a great aid suitable for a wide range of people.

Awesome book, nutrition info is a bit dated, replace the words fats with carbs and you have a great book.

A solid all-round training guide
"Being fit was his job. It saved his life..." so says the cover. Looking at the 'before' pictures in this book it might be hard to believe! This is a good all round fitness and weight training book, with some inspirational anecdotes by the man himself. Easy to read, fairly easy to follow, and may just be what you need if your training has reached a plateau.

I found this book to be very interesting, some of the exercises in the book are straight forward to do but when you do them correctly, as described in the book they are a lot more effective.
