Not the same book!
I’m not sure if this book had been recently changed or edited - but this is not the same book as my sons friend has. Even on a review on here from July 2020, the reviewer mentions a page that says “no they’re mine! Are you deaf? Only mine! You keep your paws off them you sausage- shaped swine!”My page does not have that or say those words. It’s completely different and I’ve read the original books numerous times. Im not sure why I was given a different version. Even the video that’s posted by the manufacturer has someone reading the book, and it says the same words as the original book, that my book does not have!Sooooo incredibly disappointed!

Cute boom
My 4 years old son loves the book. He was "reading" it to our pug, Callie. She enjoyed it also 😉

This is NOT just a kid's book - read it and find out why!!
Wish I had this book as a kid because it would have been a favorite of mine. Instead this book is a favorite of mine as an "older" adult. Makes me smile and laugh every time I read it. Guess it's because I just might be a human version of Pig the Pug. Think a lot of us might be.

Hilarious!
Bravo, finally a kids book I love to read over and over and over to my boys. The illustrations are amazing. Absolutely never fails to make me laugh and a great lesson to learn about sharing. Probably my favorite kids book right now.

If you are a pug lover, you need this book!
I bought this book for my grandmother, we are a family who owns pugs and own about 12 of them. The drawings are so detailed and exact, you can absolutely tell this author has been around pugs, the way he captured the shape of their bodies and faces in the drawings, and the spoiled and bratty behavior of the pugs are so realistic. We had a good laugh and will purchase more books to keep in our family.

Kinders loved it!!
I purchased this book for my Kindergarten class after another teacher showed me the hilarious illustrations.... WINNER, WINNER!!! My Kinders were fully engaged in this book, and it was the appropriate length for this age group. We can't wait to buy more books in this series!

Kinda dumb - Thelma the Unicorn is better
Cute but not as good as Thelma the Unicorn. The words/rhymes don’t flow well and the lesson is not great. He ends up sharing his stuff but only because he was injured. So, I guess a karma type lesson? Thelma the Unicorn is a much better book by same author. I’d skip this and go for the unicorn.

Bought multiple
We originally purchased the book because the main characters are identical to our furr babies! We have now purchased several copies for our friends due to its funny story. It has a good life lesson that is guaranteed to put a smile on peoples faces. Adults love it.

Great fun, especially for pug loving kids!
My son loves the Pig The Pug books and has four so fat. We read these regularly and I even went into his year group at school to read Pig The Elf to them. The children love them, and my Son is now reading them by himself.
