These are perfect for our summer projects! We are going to make flowers in a gnome garden, the flatness is perfect what we are needing. Ordered these to start a rock garden with my Girl Scout troop. They loved them & the rock garden turned out great.

First thing is I test the stones. Pick one up, yes, that feel--eons of hunting and gathering, this spear tip, that mortar, pestle. I just close my eyes and hold the stone and think of being free, in my small tribe, no work, nothing to own I couldn't carry in my hands, no heavy clock around my neck all one thousand Flavor Flav, row crops, granite, coal, iron, gunpowder, plastic...Then I put on a jacket (I have so many jackets) and walk upstream the tributary past the murder of crows, mailbox, up to the Asphalt River: skip, skip, skip goes the stone, little coughing sparks. Reminds one of memories! Moments of existence, or as Louis Simpson (Pulitzer Prize poet, Stony Brook University faculty) once wrote in a summation of life, “Seven hours vomiting. Fourteen minutes experiencing pure joy. Three months doing laundry. Fifteen hours writing your signature. Two days tying shoelaces. Sixty-seven days of heartbreak. Five weeks driving lost. Three days calculating restaurant tips. Fifty-one days deciding what to wear. Nine days pretending you know what is being talked about.” The next stone I make soup. The neighbor who mows her lawn in shimmering wet hair and a pink bikini brings two carrots. The neighbor who keeps buying live ducks and chickens although the local foxes and hawks kill them all within two days (and then she buys some more) brings a breastbone of a duck. The neighbor with dementia brings a red office stapler. After the 7-iron incident in the garage, I told the neighbor with the two rangy pit bulls to never enter my yard again. But he does enter my yard. And bows his head and mumbles, “Sorry. About. The hospital bill.” He hands over a small, shriveled, yellow onion. The pit bulls whine a bit and sniff the air above the kettle, but are generally well behaved. I 1/3rd accept his apology. I yell out, “Dinner is served!” Fabulous. Light, yet succulent. One stone I make into a pet. One stone I roll (it indeed gathers no moss). Another stone I pick from my glass kitchen table, and open the front door and walk out onto the porch (all made of the same glass), and I look around—and through—the walls of my house at all the nearby suburban homes, and I rear back and throw the stone. This is a good product! Solid. In the palm of the soul.

They were exactly what expected and served the purpose well

The bag says 120 two-inch rocks, but that is not accurate. Less than a dozen were two-inches in length. Probably about 90 of them are one-inch or less. I must not be the only disappointed buyer, as a printed card was included asking if I was startled by so many tiny ones! UGH! If you want a bag of pebbles, order these. 🙄

I overlooked that there are 100 tiny rocks in this. I thought it was gonna be 120 palm sized rocks. That's my fault for no reading the product description good enough. With that said, the tiny rocks are so cute to create little MnM's and lady bugs! I would buy these again if I needed lots of tiny rocks to paint!I received 131 pieces of rocks since they give me extra medium and large rocks!
