BEST BRAND FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS
As a girl with endometriosis and extremely heavy flow, long lasting periods, i basically ONLY use disposable underwear for my period. I don’t use pads, tampons or cups, only disposable underwear. So, I’ve tried many different brands and I have to say, Rael is by far the best disposable underwear I’ve found.I do have some dislikes, but let’s go over everything I love about them first!•FITI am 5,4ft in height and about 100IBS with a waist size of 24-25 depending on my cycle. Unlike most brands where the sizing is usually wonky, these fit great! Not too tight and not too small. They are also very stretchy.•MATERIALmost brands I’ve tried have a very rough sand paper feel to them. These are the complete opposite, in my opinion. They are very soft and have a butter like feel to them, which I love because that really helps with the noise. Speaking of noise..•NOISEthey can make noise sometimes, depending on what clothes you wear, or body movements. But for the most part they are pretty quiet.• ABSORBINGThe absorbency is amazing. I have NEVER leaked in these, which I HAVE leaked in most brands. Since trying these, I have not had any bloody accidents.• LEAK GUARDSI love the leak guards on these. They have saved me a million times and I’m very happy with them.•BULKINESSWe have to be honest with ourselves, ANY disposable underwear you get are going to feel and look like a diaper. There will most likely always be Bulkiness and without bulkiness, if you have periods like I do, you’re likely to leak.Obviously, these are a little bulky. They do tend to bunch up in the crotch area which isn’t my favorite. But they aren’t OVERLY bulky. I can get away with most clothing items except for leggings or spandex. But Jean shorts, jeans, anything else I can wear.• PACKAGING FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL PANTYI really like that each panty is individually wrapped. It makes it easier to pack away into a backpack or purse, or just carry around overall. And if your ever in a sticky situation where there isn’t a trash can and you’ll have to carry them in a bag, you can use the packing that came with the underwear you were changing into to put the dirty underwear in for later disposal.• DURATION.With my heavy flow, most brands wouldn’t last me more than 2 hours. I can wear these for about 4 hours before needing to change them. I’ve gone longer, such as when I’m sleeping and have not leaked BUT you’ll start to feel a little gross if you wait too long to change them.•SMELLI don’t think these come with scent? But I often don’t smell my own blood unless I am overdue for a change.• TOTAL AMOUNT OF UNDIES!I actually have left a review a little over a year ago, and at one point they only carried packs with up to 10 undies, which DID NOT last me through out my period. Eventually, they added a pack with 20 pairs of undies which was a game changer. Before that, I had to buy 2 individual packs to last me with my period. Since they added more, I’ve been buying from this brand ever since and I’m extremely happy they added 20 undies in a pack so I don’t have to buy 2 individual packs.DISLIKE:The only dislike I have is the design. I get very tired of the plain white, or plain solid colors. When it comes down to it, none of us want to wear diapers once a month. But unfortunately, some of us, such as me, have to to be the most safe and protected for our periods. It already feels and looks like a diaper, but I feel like some cute designs would really help get rid of that “diaper look” and make a lot of us feel better about wearing them. Maybe some cute flowers, I don’t know.I wanted to add images of not only the undies but also images of me wearing them because I know some people like to get an idea of what they look like worn. For the most part, no complaints besides hoping one day they’ll have some cute designs instead of JUST plain white. I get very bored with the plain white, or just plain solid colors.

The best period underwear
I ordered L/XL (I’m 5’10, 145 lbs, size 16/18) and they fit really well. One of the thighs was a little tighter but that’s probably me. These are amazing, really comfortable, I can wear them to work and don’t have to worry if i am leaving stains on my chair. They are great for overnight as I was able to sleep all night without constantly worrying about leaks. The material is sturdy, I never felt like they were going to rip. I tried a different brand recently that wasn’t as good so I just ordered these again. Shipping the first time was a nightmare which is why I ordered something different. But that is Amazon’s fault (they were 5 minutes from my house, gave them to usps which took them to Newport Beach, then Anaheim, then Highland before delivering to me a week later 🤦🏻♀️)

Amazing comfort for recovery after surgery
I bought these to wear during my recovery after laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and this was without a doubt the best purchase I made in preparation for surgery. These are veeery light and stretchy and go right over my bloated belly and incisions. They sit 1-2 inches above my belly button. They provide my incisions with some protection yet are so soft and light I don’t really feel them. Finding options that were made of organic cotton was also very important to me because I have sensitive skin in all the ways and normal period products and synthetic fabrics irritate my skin and give me rashes. I’ve been wearing these disposable underwears by Rael for about a week day and night since my surgery and they have been amazing at keeping things breathable and irritation-free for my skin—no sweating, itching or rashes. I also love that the padding goes all the way from the back opening to the front opening and is well-designed to catch any leaks from any sides so I haven’t had to worry at all. The only thing is that I don’t know how these would look or fit under pants since I’ve only been wearing them under t-shirt dresses and gowns with nothing else for bottoms. However, I think it’s best to not wear pants for a while after giving birth or having pelvic surgery for a while anyway!

LOVE these for postpartum
I have very sensitive skin and have to use organic cotton products for periods. Since I was nearly due with my first baby, I ordered these as I felt like they’d be handy. Yall.. when I say get these.. get them! Not only are they so easy to use, just slip on and wear and then slip off and throw away.. they are beyond comfortable. They are super soft and gentle on the skin. During this postpartum journey so far, I have not had any leaks as these are very absorbent and the thick pad coverage area is very large so there’s no need to worry about leaks. I’ve used these since Day 2 postpartum and still using nearly 2 weeks postpartum. Absolutely LOVE them!

L/XL fits size 12
I bought these for wearing during postpartum recovery with my second child. I'm pretty consistently a size 12 or L (even during pregnancy), so I wasn't sure what size to get since the S/M supposedly go to size 14. I knew from my first pregnancy that I would have swelling, and I read some reviews that mentioned the leg holes were tight on S/M, so I ended up with the L/XL and they fit perfectly. They hold in my ice pack without sliding down, fit under my (looser) clothes, and absorb really well. Happy I chose the L/XL.
