Wow! Super good and effective. Feel the extra boost but not overly caffeinated (especially if you have to hit the gym later in evening). Easy on the tummy and desolves fast after a good shake! Tropical is my favorite..so far

I waited to leave a review until I was scraping the bottom of the tub. Top notch formula, great ingredients.I had zero crash. I used this pre-workout in a diet and exercise regimen. Though obviously not the sole reason it did play a role in me losing 62lbs thus far by keeping my workouts focused and energized. I had zero face tingle and zero itch like other pre-workouts. This pre work out is SMOOTH.Shifted Pre Workout also helped me wean myself off canned energy drinks. If there was a morning I didn’t work out but was craving an energy drink, I’d mix up this pre work out and sip on it through the day.I also like how the canister/tub is large. I can actually reach inside without bumping my knuckles or the scoop on the sides. It’s nice to actually access the powder. Great design, Shifted!The flavor is great. I chose tropical. It is what a high end actual fruit drink would taste like. Not a sugary fake concentrate “fruit drink”. Shifted Pre Workout tastes like real fruit juice straight from the tropics, not bitter and not tangy, just right.Lastly, there are actually 30 servings!!! Most pre workouts are selling less and less. Shifted gives you a full 30!Recommend, would use again. Give it a try.

Lucky for you, I have tried both the regular Shifted and the Max (both Tropical and Berry) and will share my thoughts on both - "A 2-4-1 review? How generous..."I have used a lot of pre-workout supplements and by far, Shifted is my favorite. Both variations are about as smooth as silk going down. If you have taken these types of supplements before - you know they can sometimes have a pretty substantial "bite". I am not sure which ingredient(s) allow it to be so smooth, but it's like drinking juice. Neither version will give you that slap-in-the-face tingle, but you can feel it working. While I miss that sometimes, I don't miss the crash that usually comes with a hard-hitting pre-workout. This drink is like being wrapped in a warm and comforting hug from a loved one who whispers to you in your embrace to "get off your a$$ and get going"... The timing can be tricky to get down as the first 20-30 minutes it seems to really build up. This is not a drink that I chug as I am walking into the gym, and I have found success usually taking it about 15-20 minutes before my first set and then within an exercise or two, I am feeling the full benefits.Speaking of, lets talk shop... Focus and energy are great with this version. I hardly ever check my phone, am locked in, and usually have to remind myself its time to LEAVE the gym. With the max, those effects are even better. I definitely work up a better sweat and can feel the thermogenic benefits - and again, am usually drenched with the Max. The pump is... well it is a "cheat code" type pump. I have NEVER had a pre-workout give me a pump like this. Seriously, I took a gym mirror selfie for the first time with the Max last week (no lie) and to those who got that pic, you're welcome ;-). The regular version supplies that same pump, but again, its just not *quite* as potent - can you sense the theme here? Shifted is good... Shifted Max is really good. Energy and focus last well into the morning and there is no crash - not even a hint of one.I feel good about the ingredients and that isn't always the case, especially with the proprietary blends. I want all the benefits above, but don't want to feel like I am not being as clean as possible while I take it, either. FWIW, I prefer the flavor of the tropical over the berry, but have a friend who loves the berry (taste is pretty subjective).The biggest issue I have with this is that I know Shifted Max exists. For a few dollars more, I will gladly trade in the flavor I prefer for the benefits of the Max. Like I said, this is good, the Max is just better. For someone who has tried a ton of products, this one actually made me want to leave a review. I love trying new things, but I can assure you Shifted products will be a part of my day for a long time.

I usually get C4, but I'm not a fan of how strong it is. I'm really picky about flavors, and I don't like when they're super tangy. This tastes almost exactly like the long-gone Strawberry Daiquiri Sobe from the early 2000s, and I love it! I feel like it's a less jittery, more stable and consistent boost rather than feeling like you've injected straight caffeine into your bloodstream. I use ½-¾ scoop in about 3os of water right before my workout, and it's a quick, easy, and pretty tasty way to get a pre-workout shot in!The only weird thing is that the container is like twice as big as it needs to be. The photos are from immediately after breaking the seal and opening it, it's only about half full. But the container is also larger than I expected, so it balances out. It's just bulkier than the usual pre-workout mix containers.

This is a great product. Mixed well. Great flavor. Not an overwhelming buzz.

The product itself is fine. The only issue is you get half the container. Like opening a bag of Doritos and half of it is air. You’re paying for air. Also, if you’re an environmental advocate like me, I’d say it’s a waste of plastic. Either increase the amount given, or decrease the size of the container.

For the price, you would be hard pressed to find a more well rounded preworkout. This is something I would use as a daily driver and it would consistently give solid results.It is on the lower stim side, which for me is fine but it is something to be aware of if you're expecting a super hard hitting product. This is a product that gives clean energy, good pumps, and solid focus throughout your session. I could live without the creatine in there as it is dosed too low to really have an effect and ideally the Alpha GPC would be at least doubled.They make another preworkout called Shifted Max. If you can take the price hit, that product is objectively better on paper. Slightly more caffeine, higher dosages of key ingredients, etc. Downside is it's more expensive per tub for 20sv vs this one being cheaper per tub for 30sv.Overall, I would definitely pick this up if you're looking for a moderate stim, well rounded pre for a great value. If you can bump up in budget, you'll have an even better time with the Max formula.
