I'm 5'9" and 230lbs, and the XL fits just right. Enough room to move and workout in without feeling like it's compression-fit.

Q: What are the washing instructions. There is no tag with instructions.

I wash in warm water with like colors and dry on medium. No problems.

Q: Can these have a custom logo added?

I don't see why not. don't know if manufacturer offers that though.
