They were very small, I'd say about fingerprint size. I put a few together to cover the back of my pop socket

Q: Is the adhesive clear?

The adhesive is likely clear but it is fused to a foam pad that is white. It is a double side sticky pad that may be about a millimeter thick. Used these about three years ago to attach a magnet to my dashboard for my phone. Have not yet needed yo replace either.

Q: What material is the adhesive pad made of, please? Am hoping to find an adhesive neoprene or rubber disk, somewhere.

It is not neoprene or black rubber. I believed it is a flexible foam that is coated with a smooth double sided adhesive surface.

Q: Will these fit the steelie cell phone magnet it’s 3/4 “ ?

This sticky adhesive is 2.3cm(0.905"), you can cut it to fit your size
