Free from all problems :)
The only iron supplement I can take . It's free from all the things I can't have-- dairy, soya, gluten, yeast,to name a few ! It is also very gentle in my sensitive stomach. I found there was no lingering or repeating taste, which I get with other brands. In fact, I would not have known I'd taken it of the bottle wasn' t there !! I strongly recommend this to anyone trying to find a gentle iron supplement :)

Great Product
Over the many years of being a Vine reviewer, I have tested a great many fish capsule products. Some have been poor, others very good. This product is at the very good end of the spectrum. I have known about Natures Aid products for many years. I pass the factory every time I go to the motorway from my home. It is a Lancashire based business and has always had a good reputation for quality and price. It was recently sold by the owner and I am happy to report the new product lines are better than the old. These iron tablets are easy to take, deliver 100% of the recommended dosage, without any stomach effects that some iron can generate. My wife takes these on a bi-weekly basis and loves them. Her energy increases and she can feel the difference. I am therefore happy to recommend them.Excellent product.

Further news...
Easy to take, no unpleasant taste, seem to be meeting the long term need to boost my iron levels. No appreciable difference when compared to the NHS product as prescribed by my GP.FLASH! My son now takes the product and agrees with all the above.

Nice
It's a good quality product. Not the best though but better than many for the price you pay.

Very Dangerous - Please don't take them.
After a couple of weeks of taking these iron tablets, I started developing serious brain fog symptoms with trouble concentrating, focusing and even tiredness and insomnia. However, once I stopped taking them - the symptoms started to subside, pretty quickly - so I decided to bottle them back up from my supplements box back into the original bottle.Thats when I noticed the change in colour.I know these are iron tablets, but I have yet to see an iron tablet that actually looked BLACK! I mean, tar like black splodges of ink developing all over the tablets - and they weren't even exposed to any liquids or anything else.I will admit that they tasted very metallic, but I never expected this. If I wanted to eat 'actual' iron, id chew on my cast iron pan - but I mean this was ridiculous. The effect of non bioavailable iron floating around in your digestive system, getting absorbed into your blood stream, crossing the blood brain barrier and doing god only knows what kind of damage - I don't even want to think about.Natures Aid, maybe a good brand - but these pills aren't worth risking taking, so please don't buy them.I have reached out to Amazon, to try to get them to remove them from their inventory, but due to the COVID19 situation, operators are hard to reach. Hence the review.
