I don't like applications that supposed to be easy and they claim to be smart and add extra work to be reliable and not be stupid. I was highly expecting this to be one of them BUT it wasn't.Works like a charm with its extra monitor and don't need extra permissions (e.g. wifi or location) for the basic usage. It only asks for those just when you want to connect your phone.Also super easy to make it work! The manual was suggesting a reset if things didn't work but it wasn't needed at all. I just turned on the monitor and the camera and they started working without any setup.The camera works great with no light. The video quality is very good and the extra monitor is super worth it for the whole price. I really enjoy that I don't need my phone for this as sometimes I prefer to be disconnected from Internet and yet still I can easily check on my baby. Thanks for building this great product.

We searched a long time for a baby monitor that had the features that were important to us, and this camera has them all. It is so good that we bought 3 of them! This camera has many features, and although we don't use all of them; it is nice to know they are available in case we need to and is included for the price.We love the fact that this camera has an app that we can use directly on our phone, that is easy to navigate, and can be used simultaneously on different devices. The app is intuitive to use, and it makes it easy when you have multiple cameras to see all views at one time. The included camera display monitor also has the option to view two cameras simultaneously, which is very helpful if you have more than one baby in different rooms /cribs. The camera has the option of standard versus HD, and the clarity on both the handheld display or phone app is great, even in the dark. Depending on how you mount it, the zoom function can let you see fine details within a crib or general movement throughout a room. We have two cameras focused on the crib and bassinet and one camera just in the living room to track general movement, which is helpful, especially if you would like to see what other family members or the babysitter/ caregivers are doing. We especially were interested in finding a device that had a temperature and humidity sensor, as we do not have central air and our baby has eczema; so we needed to be able to make sure that the environment was suitable. I will say that the thermostat does consistently read 2 to 3° higher than the actual temperature of the room, and this might be due to the actual device being warm, but it is consistently higher. So we do have an idea of what the actual temperature in the room is. We enjoy the intercom feature which can be accessed via the phone app or the handheld display. The camera also has mood lighting and the ability to play music if a SD card is purchased separately and used. We personally do not use the camera for music or mood lighting, as we have a sound machine and it makes it harder to pick up on sounds in the room If music is being played through the camera. This camera has motion detection, humanoid detection, cry detection, and noise detection which you can adjust the sensitivities for.The one downside for this product is the battery life on the display. The display can last multiple hours after charge, so it's not like you only get 30 minutes; but it's not something that you'd be able to have unplugged for half a day. We have not had an issue with this as the display and camera are pretty much always plugged in with the included plug. Set up for this camera was super simple, making it convenient to take on the go or move around the house as needed. This camera is so nice we had to buy it thrice!

We purchased a BOIFUN baby monitor in July 2024 to help us keep an eye on our toddler. We really liked that the monitor came with two cameras; we set one up in his room and another in the basement playroom. The monitor screen could be a better quality--it was finicky and often wouldn't pair quickly with the cameras. It also lost battery very quickly and always needed to be plugged in for it to work. But overall, it was a great product for the price.I've been writing in the past tense because--as I say in the review headline--we found out after 3 months that the monitor screen is not waterproof. Our 2-year-old son dropped the monitor into a bowl of water in our sink when my back was turned, and the screen immediately broke beyond repair. At least it got the job done while we had it.UPDATE: we have now had this product for six months, and it works very well with the app. My wife and I have both downloaded it, and we've discovered that only one person can view the camera(s) at once. But it works relatively smoothly, even when we bring the cameras while traveling and connect to new wifi networks.

Super easy to set up and the phone app was very quick and easy to connect to the product. Picture quality is great with a lot of nice little features like tracking that make it better than some cheaper options. sd card and cloud storage options are nice and the sound when talking through the monitor works well.
