Initially, I was excited about purchasing Mashki's clay balls on Amazon due to their reputation for improving plant health. The positive side is that the clay balls indeed enhanced water retention and aeration, creating a healthier environment for my plants. However, I was slightly disappointed with the packaging. some of the clay balls arrived crushed, affecting the overall usability. While I appreciate the positive impact on my plants, I hope Mashki considers improving the packaging for a better customer experience in the future. but 5 star for it.
