This floral wire is already wrapped in a green cover so the wires are ready to use and easy to hide in an arrangement. I use these for making handmade leaves, for adding bows to arrangements, and to extend the stems on some flowers for arrangements. The wire is easy enough to bend but is also sturdy enough to be poked into an arrangement without bending needlessly. The 14" measurement given is correct. I would buy these again.
