I felt this was a total rip off. I paid a hundred dollars to get a cool (tempture) pillow. Not only was it hot but has a order even after washing the pillow slip. I went back to my down pillows. No comparsion. A hundred dollars wasted!Susan

I purchased this for my friend that always complained about her head getting hot and sweating at night and gave it to her without telling her anything other than it was just a pillow. After about two weeks I'd using the pillow, I asked her what she thought about it. She said her head never gets hot and sweaty anymore. She, also, wondered why her head felt almost cold instead. She said she likes it but doesn't understand how or why. She's happy with it and i'm happy with the results.

I have noticed that with the cooling pillow I sleep much better. I don't know what the science to that is but it does seem to work. I would have opted to go for the fatter pillow next time but I sometimes also like to sleep face down and this pillow is a better fit for me for that.
