Lovely easy recipes and easy to follow guidelines

This gives the reader a fairly good idea on how this diet works. But I found it to be a little hefty with the portion sizes. I personally need to go through the process of weighing and measuring my foods in order to lose. Other than that it would be considered a healthy diet. This program is based in the UK and surrounding areas. There is franchise in Texas for meetings as well as an online program. Not as popular as Weight Watchers.

Full of all the information you will need to put you on the track of eating nice satisfying foods and losing weight is an added benefit. I loved the food very tasty and a good easy read book to understand

This diet, eating plan is amazing, why its not bigger in the US I'll never know, I have friends who have lost 5/6/7 stones (60/90/100+lb) if you like big portions this is the book for you.

Nice recipes no faff dieting aid.

Book gives only a window into the program... for a "complete list" of foods allowed, they provide contact information to join the program.

I ordered this book after reading about some successes of weight loss but so much of the recipes are in a form of english or british and I wasn't familiar with some of the ingredients needed soooooooo. Its okay but I think I will move on. Just my opinion.

The book was great price and arrived promptly, however after reading I do not feel this is the plan for me.

Excellent condition, fast delivery and well packaged, Not sellers problem but mine, I hadn't realised how out of date the book was but i did manage to gain some insight to the diet and it includes a number of recipes

Great book if you cannot afford to join the classes or if you are abroad. Gives sample menus, lots of recipes and an overview of the program, ideal for starting out providing you know something about slimming world. have already used lots of the recipes and would definitely recommend this book.

It was quite interesting and had lots of helpful recipes...but I thought it was the latest addition and after I got it I found it was an old edition..I wish I hadn't bought a kindle edition because it was difficult to get straight to items of interest plus plus the photos were in black and white of course and difficult to see properly. But my main disappointment was that on the syn pages the type was so small and pale I couldn't see them..I don't know if this was my kindle or that the book didn't take to kindle very well..I am disappointed in the kindle edition but I think I would have loved it as a proper book.

I ordered the Slimming World Food Optimising book through Amazon.ca and purchased a used book from Awesome Books in the UK. The book arrived in 1 week! and was in very good condition. I've never been able to get a book from the US that quickly. Thank you Awesome Books and Amazon.ca.

I found the principles of the food optimising easy to understand, the recipes weren't really for me, but still a useful book.
