This is a great product and does exactly what you need it to. Ot was easy to fit and the sky box is now hidden behind my TV and there are no visible wires. Would highly recommend.

I, like you are now, read lots of the reviews to see if this was suitable for my needs.Did it seem pricey? Yes.Did it have mixed reviews? Yes. However, I took the gamble and I am glad I did.Yes this IS merely a 3D printed piece of plastic BUT it is perfectly sized - any larger and the SkyQ box wouldn't fit, any smaller and you'd likely break it trying to fit it. It is a TIGHT fit - by design. Push one side in and then pry the other firmly but slowly and gently. I used the fixings that came with the bracket too by the way.Personally , I mounted my SkyQ behind my TV set (I've still got cable tidying up to do so don't judge from the images!).It has not affected the noise my SkyQ box makes, it hasn't hindered it's performance NOR has it rendered the remote useless. I DO NOT have line of sight to the SkyQ box when using the remote. My SkyQ box is totally obscured by my TV in front yet I still have FULL FUNCTIONALITY.Lots of the reviews are people either rushing the installation or forcing it into the bracket far too heavy handledly. Your general DIYer would have no issue fitting this properly. I've also no reason to think this won't stand the test of time for man years to come.Less than £15 to securely and safely wall mount my SkyQ box out of sight? YES THANKYOUVERYMUCH.
