A Delight to Use
I am delighted with this little machine. It works well and gets the job done. If you want fine flour similar to store bought, I recommend skipping the 60 mesh and using the 80 mesh instead. First sift with the 40 mesh to get rid of large pieces of bran followed by 80 mesh. I put in 10 cups of home ground wheat, sifted for 10 minutes with 40 mesh. Ended up with about 7 cups of flour. Then sifted this through the 80 mesh for 20 minutes. Final amount was 3.2 cups of fine flour. I left the lid off while sifting. I used a flat plastic spatula to spread the flour from time to time as it was sifting. Otherwise it bunches up in one spot. Now, what to do with all the left over bran?

Game changer for fresh milled flour baking!
LOVE this thing! Shoulder issues were making hand sifting fresh milled flour a literal pain. Love the benefits of whole wheat but some recipes just need to be sifted. This is a game changer. Well constructed and seems quite durable. Instructions could be a bit more detailed but common sense prevailed and set up was simple. Much quieter than I expected...nearly silent compared to my grain mill lol. So happy with this purchase!

Love it@
It is simple, well built and does a fantastic job of sifting. It runs quieter than I anticipated, and doesn't vibrate off the non skid mat they thoughtfully provided. The brush they provided was poor however. They needn't have added it as the machine itself is quality enough. Definitely recommend it if you need to sift things..

Use for sifting Glass
I have had this sifter for a little over a year and it has helped my small business tremendously. I weight stuffed animals with fine glass. The glass is not always uniform, so I often have to sift out the finer glass that will seep through my fabric. I used to sift by hand, but this has made it so much easier. It is always on in the background while we are working. The only problem I see now, is that you can no longer purchase the individual sieves in different mesh sizes. I have the 40 & 60 mesh, and now need a sieve that is 50 mesh, but can no longer get it. My machine came with the Vevor name on it. I have contacted Vevor, but no luck getting other mesh size sieves. 4 stars because I can't use it for lots of glass that are too fine. If they continued to sell other sieves, it would be 5 stars.

This machine Rocks
The media could not be loaded. I use this marvelous machine to separate the terpenes from Cannabis and it works excellent I thought I would have to invest in more screens but what came with this sifter works fine The Price is Right and the customer service will answer any questions my first delivery was stolen from porch pirates thank goodness Amazon came through with a replacement that is not previously used like most places would send

Spring fastening tool
The sifter works great. I loved reading the manual. Funny how things get switched in translation “the ground slips” 😂. So sweet. Anyway. My issue was I was not going to be able to sit the springs and would need hubbies help each time. He found this in the tool box and it works great for putting the spring clips on and off.Happy sifting!

game changer for milling flour
This upped my bread making game. A few years ago I purchased a grain mill but struggled with making the same light bread I had made with store bought flour. This gadget sifts out the more nutritious stuff I know, but my family doesn't want to go from store bought bread to what they call bricks overnight. I still leave some of the nutrition in and will, over time, add even more back into the bread. I'm thinking of even getting the 80 and 120 meshes for making light cakes, cookies, and biscuits.
