Excellent service trialed as soon as we received it well happy , stored for the winter till I had a place built for my fire pit to go in then wouldn’t stay alight emailed the vendor who sent me a check list to first whichTurned out to be a loose part now back in full working order , great service from them was no quibble just okay let’s try to sort it which we did 👍

Lovely looking and effective fire pit. Throws off plenty of heat. I’ve added blue fire pit glass to increase heat area, and have put a glass table top on it when not in use, so can be used as extra table. I have also bought a child’s folding paddling pool that fits over it in bad weather to give extra weatherproofness.A few extra items adding to overall cost, but worth it!

Came ready assembled and quickly. Works brilliantly and haven’t managed to use on full heat as so warm that about half way is just right. Happy with everything about it, exactly what we were after.

Really happy with my fire pit, looks lovely and works really well..Had some glass cut to sit on top for when not in use to double up as a table.Would’ve been even nicer if it was just slightly higher but overall, very pleased.

Small but belts out a lot of heat. Comes ready assembled, just add gas. Lovely to sit around on a chilly evening. Be aware you have to use patio gas (the green bottle), the regulator won't fit the blue barbecue gas canisters. And you can't conceal the bottle like you can with the bigger fire-pit tables. But a minor niggle, it's good value for money.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent product far better than the pyramid style you feel the heat so much more than high style heaters. Real smash with my customers. Definitely recommend.

Looked lovely and were really happy with it - however, it wasn't manufactured correctly and the pipe hadn't been crimped on properly. The pipe came off and the escaping gas set alight underneath the unit then blew fire out of the small carry handles at the side.Melted the pipe, melted the control knob, cracked the unit itself and melted the stand it was on.VERY frightening experience.I would never have another gas one.
