I really wasn't sure if these were necessary or just some gimmick but they really do work. Before I got these, the filter in my humidifer (which I keep next to my bed to help with my CPAP therapy) turned a weird shade of yellow-orange after a week. Even though I replace the filter every two weeks, the color bothered me. Once I started using these drops regularly, the filter did not discolor at all. I'm not sure if discoloration is a sign of mold growth or some other nasty bacteria, but I feel better using these regularly. I'd rather not take any chances breathing in something ultimately bad for me so I'll continue replacing them. Six drops per full tank is all it takes.

They work amazing, keeps my humidifier clean and easy to maintain! They were also very responsive when I had an issue with my order and quick to send me a new one, I just called them up on the phone and it was all addressed very efficiently. Highly recommend, they care about their customers.

I notice a lack of slime in my humidifier when I use this item, but it doesn't cut down the Calcium in my water. Maybe it's not supposed to? I notice that the tiny hole where the liquid comes out gets clogged or something, so I've had to actually cut the end off after some use.

Prior to using this product my humidifier would develop that musty smell within 72 hours and cleaning the humidifier is a pain and it would get that slime buildup. I even bought a second one to always have one in operation. I can't recall how I found this product but I'm so happy I did. Just 6 drops into a gallon of the humidifier water and my humidifier hasn't developed a musty smell in two weeks of operation. I went ahead and washed out my unit and not a single spot of the humidifier had developed that slime. It's as if it was brand new. I will forever be purchasing this product as long as I have a humidifier in my home.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now. There is a sediment in the mature that makes it impossible to get the drops out after time. I have tried shaking it and nothing works. 3 stars since I think the solution is actually pretty good at keeping the humidifier clean! Just wish it was easier to get out of the bottle

I need a humidifier on all winter but my machine grows “pink” bacteria within 2-3 days. Keep in mind I run it all day and have to fill it daily.I typically use vinegar to kill it and scrub it. It became too much work and I worried it was actually negatively affecting my respiratory system.I have a 1.5-2g tank (approx) so I use 10 drops each fill; 8 if its not completely empty.Over a week later and NO PINK BACTERIA! I even went away for 3 nights and still nothing. I emptied it, filled it, and thats it. I would still recommend a vinegar soak every couple weeks but wow….I feel much safer using this now.Update (13-Jan-25):It took 3 weeks for noticeable growth to appear. About a week ago, I noticed a tiny pea sized pink blotch and rinsed it off. Yesterday I checked and there were a few areas with pink growth, so it was time for a vinegar clean.This is still much better than before. Even with vinegar cleans, it was growing in just days. This isnt perfect but I didnt expect it to be. It makes my life a lot easier and I feel safer using the humidifier.Also, Ive used 10 drops every 1-2 days and my bottle still looks nearly full.

I use well water in my humidifiers and would have to clean my devices a few times per week to prevent bacteria build-up (a slimy brown residue). I put in about 6 to 10 drops per 1 gallon and have not had any issues with residue since I have included this in my humidifier filling routine. It really does work well. I know there was some concern about the bottle in another review, but I have not had an issue. You do have to squeeze it a bit, but you can clearly see the drops coming out of the bottle and it helps to regulate adding too much of the solution. I will be purchasing this again.
