Second day taking these gummies, was going to wait but immediately noticed my change in appetite. One meal a day. In all honesty I bought them for an energy boost instead of drinking red-bulls 24/7.I feel energized all day long and want to keep myself up and moving.Good price and effective for day to day energy levels especially when I’m not feeling the greatest.They taste just like the candy rings a little thick but hey I’m not complaining.

These taste soooo good omg. Like candy! Best tasting gummy I’ve tried and I’ve tried ALOT because I usually choke on pills as I have hard time swallowing. I havnt been using them long enough to see any weight changes, but they do however, make you very gassy.

I have a low metabolism due to thyroid issues. I have been using this supplement for the last couple years and think it has helped balance out my metabolism. Tastes really good, almost like candy but not super sweet. Definitely has an apple taste but I love it

These are great! I noticed a change in my appetite pretty quickly and had more energy. The gummies taste great. I take one every morning about 45 minutes to an hour before breakfast. Just make sure you take them daily. The longer they sit, they do get a little hard but are still very edible.

Great taste! Just like the peach ring candies. Just bought my 2nd bottle. I have noticed an increase in energy, but more so I have also noticed iv been going to the bathroom more regularly which is something I was struggling with. BUY BUY BUY!!

They taste delicious so I will give it that, and I’m sure it gave me some nutrients but I noticed no difference in metabolism after taking them every morning religiously for 60 days. I know some bodies are different and I may just be an unlucky one.
