I wanted to get something different, new and natural menstrual pad to wear for two nights only.I found this brand, ordered it from here on amazon and tried it and turned out really great no leak and it has really longest and wide which it won’t able go over to the pantie, (have to make sure to put it on pantie properly.) It is better than always pure Cotton extra heavy overnight and Kotex clean & secure extra heavy overnightSo Kotex clean & secure extra heavy overnight is really REALLY AWFUL!!! and felt pretty thick as like the THICKEST DIAPER!!!And Always pure cotton extra heavy overnight isn’t too bad but does leak on pantie from it when sleep on back, stomach and sides positions. It can be ok for a day not night.I only use two Rael ELO pads on first and second nights. It will be depends on the individual who has heavy or incredibly heavier flow they get for first and second nights, including first and second days. I really enjoy to wear it for night. I am thinking about getting the same brand to wear for heavy flow on first and second days; large or overnight size. I am sure it will be much better than always pure cottonSure it can messed and stuck on the skin due cotton pad unless shaved. no worries it will wash away in shower or with fragrance free menstrual wipe. I highly recommend it!Oh the price isn’t too bad. It has 24 packs in a box. I usually to get two boxes (48 packs) it can save money and take almost two years! If one box (24 packs), it will be one year. I am guarantee you will love this brand!Sorry for wrote a lot 😅

These are exactly what I was looking for. I kept getting frustrated by leaks despite the fact that I hadn't actually saturated a pad. I was sick of having to choose between front coverage or back coverage. With these, I get both! They also feel much better than the maxi pads I was wearing- the cotton is really gentle against my skin. I am obsessed with the sense of security these give me. They're great for sleeping or if you spend all day walking, bending over, getting on and off the ground etc and don't want to worry about blood rolling where it shouldn't. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love these! This is my go to brand for everything! They make the best products. The pads are comfy and provide great protection. The overnight are just a tad longer, but have more material to be able to hold more. I am very sensitive and a lot of other brands are horrible for me, but not these. I usually go for these or the extra long overnight. The extra long are just that extremely long, but I have super heavy periods and they work wonders. You cannot go wrong with this brand or any of their products.

Ordered for postpartum recovery- These pads are longer than my underwear, and are so wide they shift around. They are incredibly soft and have good absorbency, but not for smaller framed people. I am going to order regular overnight size because they worked super well for the first 2 weeks PP and I ordered this size by mistake.

I love that these are made with much better materials than most conventional feminine products. The individual packaging is also a big plus—not plastic, which I really appreciate. Even though these aren’t labeled as “extra long,” they still felt quite long to me. Because of that, I wasn’t able to use the adhesive wings comfortably.

My favorite pads, my 3 girls use them too. These overnights actually holds everything.

These are the best pads. They are unscented and perfect for someone with sensitivity and they do not cause irritation.
