I purchased this product because my eye doctor told me that it would help with my dry eyes. I don’t own a microwave so many of the masks I saw would not work for me. Many of the reviews for other masks complained of products not being warm enough. This one has three heat settings and I discovered that the lowest heat setting is perfect. You can set the timer for 15 minute increments. I usually set mine for an hour. I feel so relaxed while using this product that many times I have fallen asleep. What a great stress reliever! The cord is long enough to plug into my wall outlet. Finally a heated eye mask that actually works!

Bought this for my mom who had been diagnosed with blepharitis (dry eye) and her eye doctor recommended heat. This works perfectly for her, comfortable, easy to use, currently using the medium setting and thinks it’s perfect. She likes that it plugs in and that it is also rechargeable

I bought this product to help with my dry eyes. It provides really good heat and I like the fact that the heat is adjustable and it’s on a timer. The two drawbacks that I see is it needs to be plugged in and can limit your place of use. Also, the mask part is a little bit big for my face, and tends to sit further down on my nose, therefore not getting 100% pressure of the heated area on my eyes. Overall, I am happy and would purchase again.

This mask works great and is a soothing treatment for my dry eye. Heats up quickly and I love the timer selection as well. The option to wash the mask is a nice feature as well. I often use it when falling asleep or waking up.

Gets warm quickly & is better than the microwave mask I had. Much More effective treatment for dry eye.

It seemed fine enough, but stopped heatin gup on the left side after a month. It always seemed a bit cooler on the left side and I guess it gave out. Don't waste your money, spend a bit more and get something with better quality parts.

I was diagnosed with chronic dry eye and told to use a hot compress daily. I bought one that had to be heated in the microwave - that was a hassle since I had a bedroom downstairs from the kitchen. Having this by my bed makes it much more convenient to use. It has a timer and is so easy to slip on. I would highly recommend this product.
