Second time ordering this product. I am going through menopause at 53 years old. This has helped me balance my hormones and I feel like my mood swings have subsided quite a bit. I only use a tiny squeeze half the size of a dying once in the morning and once in the evening around my neck. I like how light it is and that it’s not greasy or oily. It feels very water-based and absorbs quickly. I will definitely order again in the future.

I have had this cream for about 3 weeks now. I try to use it twice a day. I apply it on the underside of my upper arms, inside my elbows, behind my knees. Sometimes I put it on my face. It takes just a little bit. It does not feel greasy and absorbs well. I put it on midmorning, then before I go to bed. I DO feel that I am sleeping better. I got off hormones about a year ago. The biggest difference I noticed was I wasn't sleeping. This cream does seem to help. And that was my main concern.

I had been on the estrogen patch for about a year which totally stopped my hot flashes. Recently however my blood pressure started elevating so my doctor suggested I come off to see if my BP would normalize . I had never had issues with it before. Purchased this cream and it has helped but doesn’t not totally stop my hot flashes. It is soft and easy to apply. I’ve used it for two weeks and not sure if it will get better or not.

This is not good for every woman. I read about other lady having palpitations but I thought that would not be the case for me. Here I am, I have put this on me for 3 days, the last time as small as a pea size, and ended up in the Clinic almost crying because I had palpitations and some strange sound coming from my heart area that is still there. it's been 3 days, the Doctor said that it would take a few days to stop, I never had this going on and I finally have faith that it will soon stop. I'd say try it once, I remembered that at the first try I got the palpitations but I thought it was my idea. I think it is not for all, if you start getting sounds in your heart/lung area or palpitations stop it immediately. God bless you all. Better even talk to your doctor first. I just got a huge sound in the top of my left lung, please be very careful when adding any sort of hormones to yourselves.
