These are what I use when I get stressed. I used to chew the heck out of gum but now I use these. So you get fresh breath and a de-stresser in one! The mint is so nice.

Keep me from doing that dry cough.
Very minty. Keeps me from coughing. Have to carry them everywhere with me. Hooked. Good for teeth though. Yeah.

Hubs loves these! Do not spike blood sugar!
Xylitol is very good for the teeth. These are delicious! And, they do not spike blood glucose. We eat a carnivore diet and test our blood glucose and blood ketones from time to time. We do not have diabetes, but these are still very, very good and do not cause any issues. I believe they are also recommended for diabetics. No artificial anything in these. Xylitol is a natural sweetener made from birch trees. Lovely flavor!

We buy these all the time. It's an alternative to sugar that doesn't rot teeth! One slight caveat is there are mixed reports about the health benefits of xylitol.
