First time purchasing and brewing this brand of coffee. Very smooth flavor, not bitter just smooth. Delicious! Definitely will be purchasing this again.

Condition of delivery was an issue.
The only reason for not giving five stars may not be Lavazza's fault; I think their coffee is terrific. The problem was pin hole in the bag and the container it arrived in had some grounds grounds in it. Hopefully when I re-order the problem will not reoccur.
