Heats up quickly for a perfect cup of coffee each time. The quick heating makes it easy to brew a second cup for a friend to enjoy. Used this coffee maker in a hotel and liked it so much I decided to buy one for home. So much easier and better than making a cup of instant coffee. Cleanup is also easy. Take out the pod and rinse the parts.Recommend highly!

Ignore the reviews saying unit explodes, opens or makes coffee with grounds...the lid needs to be SNAPPED closed, do not just lower it. Unit makes a strong cup of coffee, as the needle that drips the brewed coffee is a larger diameter than other K cup machines I have tried.Cannot beat a fresh brewed pot but comes close when you need just one cup!

I drink one cup of coffee at lunch. My wife has two throughout the day. This is commercial grade, but must say the same exact one lasted possibly four years. Very easy to use and small so it doesn't take up a lot of counter space room. We are very happy with it and hope it last longer.

I am not a coffee gourmet. Making coffee when I really need a cup, almost never happened. This machine changed that. Now I am capable of making myself a cup of coffee. Now asong as I remember to put a new pod in the machine, I can make a cup of coffee.

I've had one-cup Keurigs that never made it past 50 uses. This machine is even better in every way and I'll bet I've run it at least 250 times by now and it works as good as the day I bought it.

This product has not worked appropriately since we got it. I'm sorry to say we missed the return window.
