I have a tiny bit of heart burn it's not much. But its good just to know lemon pills is better than the actual lemon that will give those with a little heart burn more if you ingest it in a liquid.The rumor is that this is supposed to help you lose those extra 20 pounds. It won't be a Miricle thing just use it once every night, it's how my Neice uses it. I take it once a week. I can't drink this every night. no way.Be blessed.

Good stuff! I take it to help prevent kidney stones and I think its really helping! Must be taken with food though otherwise the citric acid is pretty strong.

I have a terrible time with digestion. My stomach gets big and hard when I eat. When I took this product with a meal, my stomach did feel warmer and softer, and the bloating was significantly decreased. But it increased my appetite and after a few days I noticed I was eating so much more than I normally would. So I am no longer taking the product.

Use to help prevent Oxalate kidney stones. Be sure to drink plenty of water and perhaps swallow a small amount of food after taking a capsule, to prevent the capsule from getting stuck on the wall of the esophagus and causing serious pain..

This works great for my needs. I definitely recommend to follow the directions and take it with food (and/or lots of water), otherwise, expect a slight stomach ache for a little while.

Quite to my surprise I have been able to eat very gassy vegetables that would normally cause me incredible pain in my stomach and burping without discomfort. I have really enjoyed this product and continue purchasing it.
